Can you imagine it! God told us that I will cause you to always be triumphant in Christ (2 Corinthians 2:14). The fires we are in can be quenched. The rising storms can be stilled. Whatever shape or size a problem comes, whether it is your fault or it is not. You can be triumphant. But you have to do it in Christ. If you are a born again then you are a candidate for success. It is time for you to leverage your status in Christ Jesus.

Circumference of The Walk

There is a place of victory. There is the place where we always have home advantage. There is a place where no demon or disease that challenges you will win. Look at a professional boxer, if he wants to win, he has to do it in the boxing ring. He cannot do it outside the ring. In the ring, he knows he is going to get punched. He knows that he may go several rounds but there is no other way to become a champion except being in that ring. Scriptures say that we are to walk in him (Colossians 2:6). The ‘him’ in that scripture is Christ and he is the word of God. This means that we are to walk within the boundaries of the word. That is where we always win. We are always triumphant in Christ and outside of him. As long as we are living and abiding by the word of God, no attack against us will work. Remember, if God be for us who, who can be against us (Romans 8:31). His word is for us. It was written for us. Therefore nothing can stand against us. If we do the word, the world tactics will never work.

The Character of The Walk

Is it not wonderful that you can invite the God of all creation and he will come and live inside of you. He is not visiting. He has come to stay in his home which is you (John 14:23). Simply amazing! There are many high-status people that you see on tv who will never allow you to see them. They would not even allow you to visit them yet God breaks the barrier of space (to live with you) and time (to stay with you forever). He has also broken sin over your life. He gave you his life so that you can never be broke in any area of your life again. This life is called abundant life. Colossians 2:6 says as ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord….. Note that the scripture did not say Christ Jesus the saviour. It said Christ Jesus the Lord. Saviour is mentioned 36 times in the bible but Lord is mentioned over 7,800 times in the bible. This means that we are to allow Christ to live his life through us. Lord means owner or master. Christ owns my life. My hands are Christ’s hand. My hand can only do God’s work. My hands can do supernatural things. All this I cannot stop drinking. I find it hard to even pray will drop instantly once you accept his lordship over your life. Your former life is dead. Christ’s supernatural life has come that it’s driving force in you is, I delight to do thy will O my God (Psalm 40:8). Christ as saviour is about what he has done for you. Christ as Lord is about what he wants to do through you. Do you want freedom? Do you want to partake in what he has done for you? When you see him as Lord and king in your life, you will reign and live as kings.

Consistency of The Walk.

Victory is for those whose plan A is to win. They also have a Plan B in which is to win. Amen! We are born to win and not to wail. A person skilled at playing a musical instrument is as a result of continuous practice. The person will not get it at the first try but as he keeps at it, results begin to show. It is our continuation in the word that brings freedom (John 8:31-32). The longer you stand, the more results you will see. If you give up because of the adversity your strength is not enough (Proverbs 24:10). But if you keep standing, more strength will be given to you. Jesus resisted the 3 attempts of the devil. In the end, angels came to strengthen him (Matthew 4:11). Do not give up. When scriptures talk about a hundredfold, sixtyfold and thirtyfold, it explained how the increase came. It said ..and bring forth fruit with patience (Luke 8:15). If we stand longer than others, you can get a hundredfold increase. Keep walking in the victory that Christ has given us.

…and bring forth fruit with patience (Luke 8:15).

Hum… It also happens that many are times we are so much in a hast to get result and once it looks as if results are not forthcoming, we just throw in the towel.

It does occurs to me that the moment of waiting is also an avenue to build strength. Strength enough to sustain the result. Moments of healing of all bruises so that I can really determine the real difference between pain and peace.
Moments of Victory indeed, because victory really has its moments. Like you shared sir, moments of the realities of Victory. Put differently, seasons of Glory.

Thanks and good evening Pst. FAB.
